RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the receive date your order. All returned items must be in new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please email customer service at darksidelabmail@protonmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please, attach your proof of purchase with first and last name and or your order number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, then mail your return to the following address:

 

 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Your return shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.  We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt us of your item. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. 

 

EXCEPTIONS

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

 

 

SALE  ITEMS

 

If you purchase a sale item, your refund will be only the sale price, not the original price. If you are returning an order that contains a free item, the free item must be returned as well.
