DIRECTION OF USE:

Mix 4,5 scoops (28 gr) with 10-12 oz of water or your favourite beverage. Take 1 time a day after meal/ (Doesn`t matter which meal it is). 

In case of sensative digestive system: split 4,5 scoops (28 gr) into 2 doses. Take 2 times a day after meal.
