Amino Acids supplements in powder for women`s and men`s weight loss

Amino acids are organic compounds that make up all the proteins in the body. These are the building blocks for building protein. There are 26 amino acids, 20 of them are proteinogenic (forming protein). From these twenty proteinogenic amino acids, the human body builds all tissues: muscles, skin, hair, nails, hormones. Everything!

Amino acids do not accumulate for the future. If you are interested in improving physical condition, quick recovery, good health and performance, you need to ensure that the required level of amino acids is constantly maintained.

Important! If at least one of the essential amino acids is missing, then protein synthesis stops.

Notice: The following information will be useful to athletes, fitness enthusiasts and people who care about their health. For a more in-depth study of the issue, please use specialized sources.

PHYSICAL - CHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF AMINO ACIDS:

  • crystalline solids with a high melting point
  • exhibit acidic and basic properties
  • dissolves well in water (not all)
  • some have a sweet taste

CLASSIFICATION OF AMINO ACIDS:

Two types of classification have practical use in sports:

  • according to the body's ability to synthesize amines on its own.
  • according to D and L forms (isomers).

CLASSIFICATION OF AMINO ACIDS ACCORDING TO THE ABILITY OF THE ORGANISM TO INDEPENDENT SYNTHESIS:

  • Interchangeable. The body can synthesize itself
  • Irreplaceable. The body cannot synthesize on its own. Must be taken with food
  • conditionally irreplaceable. The body can synthesize itself, however, in insufficient quantities

TABLE: REPLACEABLE / ESSENTIAL / CONDITIONARY ESSENTIAL
REPLACEABLE ESSENTIAL CONDITIONALLY ESSENTIAL

Aspartic Acid Tryptophan Glutamine
Glutamic Acid Threonine Glycine
Serine Isoleucine Proline
  Methionine Tyrosine
  Histidine
  Leucine
  Lysine

CLASSIFICATION BY ISOMERS:

  • D configuration
  • L configuration

There are 2 types of all amino-t: D and L. They are similar in their chemical composition, but have structural differences. One species is a mirror image of the other - a stereoisomer. Almost all protein molecules in the body are synthesized from L forms. When it comes to most amino-t, then taking the D isomers is not desirable, with rare exceptions, as is the case with D-aspartic acid.

Important! The chemical method of industrial production of amino acids produces a product in which there is a mixture of L and D isomers. Subsequently, they are differentiated. Ideally, the supplements that the consumer purchases should contain only the L form, however, not all sports nutrition manufacturers treat this issue with due attention. Often, in an effort to save money, they use a mixture of D and L isomers in their supplements.

Dark Side Laboratories carefully monitors the quality of the raw materials used. The substrates used in our supplements contain the L-form of free amino acids, as confirmed by laboratory tests. We offer our customers amino supplements in powder that are free of flavorings, dyes, sweeteners, sugar and any additives This eliminates the risk of allergic reactions. Less additives - more benefits!
